About the author:
Michael Bartlett has been a regular writer for hit programmes such as The Archers (Radio 4), Rainbow (Thames TV) and Jackanory (BBC), and he has also written numerous original plays which have been staged for radio, TV and theatre across the UK. He lives with his wife in Norfolk.
He is the author of short story collections My Village in the Valley and Personal Islands, and novels Dreams of Eleven and Hunting the Hornets.
