Crumps Barn Studio is a publisher based in Cirencester, at the heart of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire, England. We publish both new and established authors who write the sort of books you and your family will want to treasure.
We were established in 2012 and we take our name from the early 20th century Dutch barn which became our first office. This barn was built by the Gloucester steelworks Crump and Son. The barn became known as Crumps Barn, and from there we found our name.
In 2022, we celebrated ten years as a publisher, and we moved to a new studio shop at 2 The Waterloo in the heart of Cirencester. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase our amazing authors, and welcome the public into our little corner of a beautiful heritage building.
We’re open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 – 4:30

Nearest car park: The Waterloo car park. This is a pay and display car park and suitable for long stay
Walking from the Waterloo car park: Follow signs for the library. Continue along The Waterloo past the library. We’re the last shop on the left, where the road becomes pedestrianised.
Walking from the Market Place: Look for the alleyway called The Waterloo midway between Cotswold Contemporary art gallery and The Fleece hotel. There is a sign to the library, Waterloo car park and Livery Shops. We’re the first shop on the right (about 100m)
